Website Terms
The terms that govern your use of the Argenti website and its content.
1. About these terms
These Website Terms of Use (Terms) govern access to and use of the Argenti website, including argenti.com.au and any associated pages or subdomains that link to these Terms (Website).
The Website is operated by ICM Consulting Pty. Ltd. (ABN 64 143 127 404), trading as Argenti Cloud and using the Argenti brand (Argenti, we, us or our).
By accessing or using the Website, a visitor agrees to these Terms. A person who does not agree should not use the Website.
2. Website information only
The Website provides general information about Argenti, our capabilities, services, people, perspectives, events, accelerators, case studies and related topics.
Website content is general in nature and is not legal, financial, regulatory, cybersecurity, privacy, architecture, artificial-intelligence governance or other professional advice.
A visitor should obtain advice appropriate to their circumstances before acting on Website content.
Accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry or receiving general information does not create a client, adviser, fiduciary or other professional relationship with Argenti.
3. Proposals, services and client engagements
Any services supplied by Argenti are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, contract or other engagement document.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and an executed client agreement, the executed client agreement prevails for that engagement.
Examples, case studies, testimonials, timeframes, results and performance information are illustrative. Outcomes vary depending on circumstances, scope, systems, data quality, governance, resources, decisions and other factors.
We do not guarantee that another organisation will achieve the same result.

5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, trade marks, photographs, videos, software, code, documents, resources and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to Argenti and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Argenti grants visitors a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to view the Website and download material expressly made available for that purpose.
No other right or licence is granted. Content must not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, sold, licensed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

By submitting information, a visitor authorises Argenti to use it for the purpose of responding to the enquiry, managing the relationship and otherwise handling it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
A visitor should not submit highly sensitive, security-classified or regulated information through a general website form unless Argenti has provided an approved secure method.
